Bathroom shelves do not seem to be more difficult to install than any other type of shelves, but that’s not true. You have to keep in mind more things during bathroom shelves installation than during typical installation. The bathroom is different from all other rooms and you have to remember about that all the time.

How tough are your shelves? First of all, before you buy your bathroom shelves, check how tough they are. (2) The second is shelves’ placement - remember to choose the place for bathroom shelves carefully – in a bathroom things should be easily available even if you reach for them while you’re drying yourself with a towel.

Electric equipment on the shelves:

But all these tips are unimportant compared to the last of them. Never, ever place any electric equipment on your bathroom shelves. Most of home accidents are caused by some piece of electric equipment (usually a hairdryer) falling into a tub. Putting such equipment on open bathroom shelves is a very bad idea – it’s better to keep it in drawers.
